Our flagship training programme, ‘Managing Well’, facilitates the development of key management approaches and skills. We support leaders to balance empathy & effectiveness, passion & purpose.

This is a flexible, comprehensive programme, responsive to different organisational and individual needs.

Workshops

We notice recurring systemic and strategic challenges through our work. These include organisational power dynamics, working with lived experience, stakeholder management and futures literacy. Our tailored workshops provide spaces to discuss and address these.

We also offer elements of Managing Well as standalone workshops. These include understanding different communication styles, holding difficult conversations, and managing remotely.

Facilitation & coaching

We are passionate about the power of convening to bring about change. Our approach to facilitation enables organisations to shape strategy, share learning and involve stakeholder voices, including those with lived experience.

As a qualified coach, Miranda support voluntary sector leaders to reflect, learn and deliver. She also regularly facilitates Action Learning Sets and peer support sessions.
